These superior bulk DEF transfer systems are fully-equipped and have an island-friendly footprint. Each DEF Shelter is fully heated and insulated to protect the purity of your diesel exhaust fluid for service in a multitude of weather environments.
The DEF transfer systems are built tough to handle demanding retail use and dispense. Considering all environmental aspects, the pre-assembled DEF Shelters utilize all diesel exhaust fluid approved storage and dispense equipment components, including a sealed Micro-Matic dispense and fill system. Gemrik works hard to offer you the security. You can easily protect and maintain the purity of your diesel exhaust fluid.
Available with bulk capacities of 330, 660 or 990 gallons, each bulk DEF transfer Shelter stores the fluid in a single or in multiple 330 gallon DEF Tanks. The complete system is prewired for 115V 15amp service and features a steel forklift ready base, locking dual side doors and a locking dispense cabinet equipped with all the transfer equipment needed for your peace of mine. Inside the locked cabinet is a Graco self-priming DEF pump, digital meter, stainless steel nozzle and hose reel with 33 feet of DEF approved hose. The exterior shell of the Shelter is constructed from CNC cut powder-coated aluminum. The steel shell is assembled with a heavy-duty stainless steel rivet system, shielding the bulk DEF tanks and Micro-Matic dispense and fill system inside.
